Hari Novferdianto

Hari Novferdianto is the COO at itmi.id and previously served as the IT Operations Manager at Tiket.com from December 2015 to September 2018. In this role, they were responsible for building the new operations team, defining standard procedures and best practices, and mentoring the team. Prior to their role at Tiket.com, Novferdianto served as Infrastructure Supervisor from August 2013 to December 2015 and as Network and System Administrator at PT Arwana Citramulia Tbk from February 2011 to March 2012.

Hari Novferdianto has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Universitas Budi Luhur and a high school diploma from SMA Negeri 90.
