Elizabeth Rafferty has extensive experience in the media and marketing field, beginning as a Marketing and Promotions Intern at Infinity Broadcasting from October 2002 to May 2003, where responsibilities included organizing radio events and assisting with marketing initiatives. Since April 2004, Elizabeth has held multiple roles at ITN Networks, progressing to the position of Vice President - Director of Media. In this capacity, responsibilities encompass developing automated buying processes for over 130 markets, supervising a team of buyers and assistants, and mentoring Junior Buyers. Elizabeth has also designed training programs for both new hires and current assistants, demonstrating a commitment to skill development and operational efficiency throughout the career trajectory.
