Gill Charnley

Gill Charnley is a finance professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as Head of Finance for Systems Projects and Head of Financial Reporting & Operations at ITN since November 2021. Prior to ITN, Gill volunteered at a Covid-19 Vaccination Centre from January 2021 to February 2022 and held the position of Head of Finance at BBC Global News from January 2015 to January 2021. Gill's career at BBC spanned from August 2005 to December 2014, with progressive roles including Finance Business Partner for Television, Finance Partner for Drama and Factual Production, and Finance Manager for Factual. Earlier experience includes working as a Financial Analyst on contract at BT from October 2004 to May 2005. Gill holds a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry from King's College London and has professional qualifications from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
