Laura Proudlove serves as People Director at ITN since June 2019, acting as deputy to the Chief People Officer and collaborating with key executive stakeholders within a dynamic 24/7 environment. Previously, Laura held the role of Head of HR for ITN Productions, emphasizing strategic HR leadership, talent management, and diversity initiatives. With extensive experience in HR across various organizations, including Publicis Groupe, Crowdmix, News UK, ITV, and GE, Laura has consistently driven HR strategy and operational excellence while managing diverse teams. Laura holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB hons) from the University of Central Lancashire.
