Jordi Romero is the Founder and CEO of Factorial HR, a company that streamlines human resources processes to allow for better management of employees. Jordi is also a Partner at Itnig, an early stage seed funding firm with a focus on e-commerce and SaaS. Additionally, Jordi has experience as the VP Business Development and CTO at Redbooth Inc., a collaboration platform. Before that, Jordi owned a software development consultancy called JRDV, specializing in web applications for businesses in the construction industry. Jordi Romero holds a MS in Computer Science from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
