Víctor Carazo, PMP, SFC, has extensive experience in project and service management within the IT sector. Since December 2017, Víctor has been serving as a Service Manager at ITnow, specializing in customer segment applications. Prior to this role, Víctor held the position of Service Manager at Tecnocom from November 2014 to December 2017 and was involved in project management within the Custom & Web Applications division at ABAST Grup from January 2006 to November 2014. Additionally, Víctor worked at ECSSA Informatica from January 2002 to December 2005, managing projects in the Custom Applications division. Educational qualifications include certifications in Project Management (PMP), ITIL Foundation, and SharePoint 2010 development, complemented by a Master's in IT Management and a degree in Computer Science from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
