Kasey Young has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 1999, they worked as an Assistant Golf Professional at Irving Golf Range for four years. In 2000, they transitioned to becoming a Professional Golfer, a position they held until 2006. Following that, from 2005 to 2007, Kasey was employed by Mutual Service Corporation in Irving, TX. Since 2007, they have been with ITO EN (North America) INC., a Japanese multinational drink company specializing in tea production and distribution. During their time at ITO EN, Kasey has held multiple roles, including West Coast Regional Merchandiser (2007-2009), Northwest Territory Manager (2009-2013), Northwest Regional Manager for Sales & Marketing (2013-2017), and currently, as a Northwest Regional Manager and E-commerce specialist (2017-present). In their current role, they oversee all aspects of sales in natural, conventional, foodservice, and e-commerce channels, focusing on brand development and performance, as well as launching new items in the beverage, Asian, and loose tea categories.

The product was first introduced through wholesale distribution in New York City and the Tri-State area.
