Susanne Kubofcik

Susanne Kubofcik has over 20 years of experience in the field of learning and development, with a focus on talent management and leadership development. Susanne is currently the Director of Learning and Talent Development at ITOCHU International, where they have been since 2006. In this role, they head the learning and development function for the company's North America headquarters and its subsidiaries and affiliates. Susanne is also responsible for project managing talent management and succession planning initiatives. Prior to their current role, Kubofcik was a Leadership Facilitator at JetBlue Airways, where they designed and launched the Front Line Leader Program. Before that, they served as the National Manager of Training and Development at JDRF and as a Consultant at Aon Consulting.

Susanne Kubofcik began their education at Manhattan College in 1987, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Susanne completed their studies at Manhattan College in 1991. Following this, they enrolled at Stevens Institute of Technology in 1991 for a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, which they completed in 1992.
