Finn Jan Rucktäschel

Finn Jan Rucktäschel has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Finn Jan currently works at ITONICS - The Innovation OS as an Account Manager, starting in January 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Customer Innovation Success Manager at the same company from October 2021 to February 2023.

Before joining ITONICS, Rucktäschel was involved with the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Systems and Design Technology IPK. Finn Jan completed their Master's Thesis Project at the institute from September 2020 to May 2021. Additionally, they served as a Student Research Assistant from July 2018 to May 2021, primarily contributing to the SGIMRI Project, which involved supporting the establishment of an applied research institute in Najing, PRC.

Rucktäschel also gained work experience at BOMBARDIER, where they were a Working Student in Project Management and Project Controls from September 2016 to February 2018. Prior to that, they completed an internship at CLAAS in Technical Project Management and SOP-Planning from April 2015 to September 2015.

Finn Jan'searly work experience includes a role at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, where they worked as part of the "Anderer Dienst im Ausland" program. During this time, they were involved in planning and implementing energy efficiency measures in rural Tajik communities, conducting seminars and round tables to raise environmental awareness and promote resource conservation from September 2011 to August 2012.

Finn Jan Rucktäschel completed their Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering at Technische Universität Berlin from 2013 to 2018. In 2015, they participated in the Higher School of Economics' DAAD Scholarship Program, focused on "Doing Business in Russia." Finn then pursued a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management at Technische Universität Berlin from 2018 to 2020. Additionally, from 2019 to 2020, they completed a Chinese Master's degree in Management Science and Engineering at Tongji University.
