Yusmary Companioni Sardiña

Yusmary Companioni Sardiña has worked in various roles since 2011. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Project Manager and Technical Leader at the Universidad de las Ciencias Informáticas. Yusmary then moved to Guardián del ALBA as a Support Specialist, where they were responsible for deploying and configuring Database Replication Systems for PDVSA Hospitals and training other Support Specialists. From 2014 to 2016, they were the JEE Department Solutions Manager at the Universidad de las Ciencias Informáticas, where they were responsible for interviewing and orienting new staff members, monitoring and evaluating staff performance, and ensuring high levels of productivity and quality were met. From 2016 to present, they have been working at itopia.com as a Quality Assurance Manager, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, and Software Tester. In their role as Quality Assurance Manager, they have been responsible for analyzing test results, creating test plans and documenting test cases, discovering bugs within software, and designing and implementing an automated testing framework. As a Business Analyst, they have been responsible for breaking down requirements and inputting tasks into product management software.

Yusmary Companioni Sardiña attended Universidad de las Ciencias Informáticas from 2005 to 2010, graduating with a degree in Ingeniería Informática. In 2017, they obtained a Spring 4.0 certification from Brainbench. In 2020, they completed a Software Testing and Automation Specialization course offered by University of Minnesota through Coursera. In 2021, they completed a Setting a Foundation for Successful Test Automation course from Test Automation University. In 2022, they obtained a Fundamentals Software Testing Certified certification from AICS (Asociacion Internacional de Calidad de Software). Yusmary also holds a Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC) from CertiProf.
