Ana Paula Sanguini

Ana Paula Sanguini is a seasoned professional in payroll management and human resources with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Customer Success Supervisor at ITOS since February 2020, Ana Paula oversees payroll processes, onboarding, terminations, and vacation management while analyzing and applying collective agreements and RSUs. Previously, Ana Paula worked as a Client Account Manager at ITOS and held the position of HR Systems Analyst at Marcon Logística Portuária, focusing on recruitment, payroll processing, and compliance with labor obligations. Ana Paula began their career as an Administrative Assistant at Cia Produtores de Armazéns Gerais. Academically, Ana Paula has earned an MBA in Talent Management and Human Behavior from Universidade Federal do Paraná and a bachelor’s degree in Administration with a focus on Quality Control from Universidade Estadual do Paraná, currently pursuing an MBA in Project Management from Estácio.
