Alexander Villar Verguizas

Alexander Villar Verguizas is an experienced process and manufacturing engineer currently employed at ITP Aero since April 2018, focusing on the development of manufacturing processes for new welded structures in turbine systems for Rolls Royce. Prior roles include production engineer and supplier development at Ona Electroerosión S.A., where responsibilities involved technical support for suppliers and improvement plans to enhance product quality. Alexander also served as a production planner at Precision Casting Bilbao S.A.U., managing work schedules to minimize production inefficiencies, and as a process engineer at ITP - Industria de Turbo Propulsores, specializing in the GE-90 turbine structures for General Electric. Alexander's academic foundation in industrial engineering, with a focus on mechanics, was completed at the Universidad del País Vasco between 2007 and 2012.
