Arantza Hallett

Arantza Hallett is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in organizational transformation and talent management. Serving as Vice President & Chief People Officer at ITP Aero from January 1993 to December 2013, Arantza led the global HR function, implementing strategies that aligned with business performance and growth objectives. Notably, in the role of Head of Human Resources, Arantza oversaw the significant growth of the Zamudio site, expanding the workforce from 100 to 700 employees while enhancing competitiveness. Earlier in the career, Arantza worked as an HR Senior Consultant at PwC, where participation in various HR projects focused on aligning people processes with business strategies. Arantza holds a Master in HR Management and a Bachelor of Science in Law with a specialization in economics from the University of Deusto.
