Daniel Barredo González

Daniel Barredo González is currently an Associate Professor at IE Business School, where Daniel teaches on the subject of Customer Satisfaction in the Executive Program Programa Avanzado de Dirección de Ventas. Daniel also holds a managerial position at ITP Aero since October 2008, where Daniel is responsible for rethinking the services offered and improving communication with clients. Throughout their career, Daniel has held various roles such as Senior Key Account Manager, Key Account Manager, and Quality Responsible, all of which focused on service innovation and client communication.
