Stuart Matthews has extensive work experience in the aerospace industry. Stuart first worked at Rolls-Royce for a period of 16 years, starting from 2005 as a Manufacturing Engineer and progressing to various managerial roles within the Manufacturing Engineering department. Stuart also served as Chief of Manufacturing Engineering for different divisions at Rolls-Royce, including Complex Fabrications, Combustion Systems & Castings, and Precision Machining, Integrators & Castings. In 2021, Stuart joined ITP Aero as the Chief of Manufacturing Engineering for their UK division. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Engineering, Aerostructures at ITP Aero.
Stuart Matthews received a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Operations Excellence from Cranfield University between 2012 and 2014.
