Lem Harper

Lem Harper is an experienced engineering professional with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as Engineering Lead at ITR of Georgia, Inc. since August 1998, Lem has established a strong presence in the industry. Prior to this role, Lem contributed as an Assistant Project Manager at Westinghouse Transit Systems from 1980 to 1982. Lem holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Technology from Norfolk State University, obtained between 1971 and 1975.
