Heike Roettgers is an experienced Agile Coach and Consultant, Systemic Business Coach, and Mediator with a diverse background in organisational development and digital transformation. Currently leading Heike Roettgers Coaching & Consulting since March 2017, Roettgers also serves as Circle Lead for Organisational Development at Digitale Schiene Deutschland, facilitating the introduction of agile methodologies. As a certified INQA-Coach, Roettgers supports small and medium-sized enterprises in adapting to the digital landscape. Additional roles include Certified Coach at CoachHub.io, Network Partner at ITR8 and ProScenario, and former lecturer at Quadriga University. With prior experience in leadership and product management roles at idealo internet GmbH and Leanovate GmbH, Roettgers combines practical expertise with a strong educational foundation in systemic consulting and coaching.
