Priya Dsouza

Priya DSouza is a seasoned technical application engineer with extensive experience in providing Tier 3 support for supply chain enterprise applications at iTradeNetwork, Inc. since August 2018. Prior to this role, Priya served as a Technical Application Engineer and Software Support Engineer at Mphasis, where responsibilities included L2/L3 support for banking applications, new code development, defect fixes, and documentation. Priya has experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies and has actively contributed to performance enhancement and continuous improvement initiatives. Academically, Priya holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, completed between 2007 and 2011, and prior education includes attendance at RKT Junior College and Fatima High School in Mumbai.
