Ilana Sidorsky's work experience begins in 2011 as a Division Head at Camp Ramah in Nyack. Ilana then served as a Community Educator at Genesis at Brandeis University in 2013 and later became a Graduate Intern at the Commission on Jewish Identity and Renewal at UJA-Federation of New York from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they joined The Abraham Joshua Heschel School as an Israel and Social Action Educator. At the same time, they also worked as an Advanced Facilitation Fellow at Resetting The Table. Ilana then moved on to itrek, where they held various roles including Network Manager from July 2019 to December 2020, Network Senior Manager from December 2020 to October 2021, and currently serves as the itrek Network Director. In this role, they focus on developing and leading strategies for building and strengthening the international alumni network, which consists of over 22,000 former graduate students across 103 nationalities. Their responsibilities also include designing opportunities for alumni to maintain and enhance their connection with Israel and the itrek community.

Ilana Sidorsky's education history begins in 2008 when they enrolled at Brandeis University. Ilana pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree and studied Near Eastern & Judaic Studies, as well as Sociology. In 2011, they participated in the Jewish Studies Program at Charles University. After completing their undergraduate studies, they attended The Jewish Theological Seminary (JTS) from 2012 to 2014 and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Jewish Education with a focus on Experiential Jewish Education. In 2013, they also received a Certificate in Israel Education from Kesher Hadash: Semester in Israel.
