Michal Herdan Alperson

Michal Herdan Alperson has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Michal started their career in 2000 as a Training Specialist at Magen David Adom in Israel, where they trained individuals in medical first aid assistance. In 2003, they joined Israel Experience® as a Program Director, where they managed international projects, supervised teams, and conducted leader training. Michal later became a Department Manager at Israel Experience®, overseeing strategic planning, budgeting, and collaborating with philanthropic Jewish communities. In 2019, they joined BEIsrael by Israel Experience as the Director of Business Development, focusing on sales, marketing, and customer service.
