Rafi Musher

Rafi Musher began their career as an Analyst at The MAC Group in 1992. In 1994, they founded Stax, a global strategy consulting firm, and served as the Founder and CEO until 2022. At Stax, they built the company into a leading corporate advisory firm that provides management consulting and advisory services to global corporations and private equity investors. Additionally, they served as the Founder and Chairman of itrek, an organization that introduces tomorrow's leaders to Israel through week-long treks. Rafi also served as a Member of the Board at ULTRA Testing, a company that unlocks the talents of individuals on the Autism Spectrum for software testing, and at BeneStream, a benefits enrollment business focused on poverty alleviation.

Rafi Musher pursued their undergraduate studies at Boston University, graduating in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Advertising.
