Shlomo Schwartz has a diverse and successful work experience. Shlomo most recently served as the Director of itrek Launchpad at itrek, starting in September 2022. Prior to that, from September 2019 to September 2022, they were the Director of Programs at A Wider Bridge. In this role, they were responsible for strategic planning, development, implementation, growth, and success of all programs, including virtual missions to Israel and leadership missions to North America. Shlomo also successfully transitioned all organization programs to a virtual setting during Covid.
From September 2017 to September 2019, Shlomo worked as the Manager of Conferences and Events at JCC Association. Shlomo developed and executed conferences, meetings, and events across the U.S. and Canada for Jewish Community Centers leadership and professionals.
Prior to that, from July 2012 to July 2017, they were the Founder and Owner of YOUR SOUL KITCHEN- Israeli Culinary Experience. Shlomo created, managed, and led customized Israeli culinary experiences for groups and individuals, specializing in year-round programming including trips and missions to Israel.
From May 2010 to July 2012, Shlomo worked as a Senior Emissary and Educator for the East Coast of North America at the World Zionist Organization. Shlomo developed and implemented educational and cultural programming, organized conferences and missions to Israel, and mentored a North American campus internship program.
Shlomo Schwartz has pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History and Humanities Interdisciplinary Program from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Additionally, they have completed the Professional Training Program in Culinary Arts at The Center For Kosher Culinary Arts, specializing in the field of Culinary.
