John Redfern

John Redfern has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. John started their career at Duracell in 1986 as an AS/400 Operations Controller and worked there until 1995. John then joined Right Source as a Project Manager until 1997. From 1997 to 2000, they worked as a Customer Support Manager at Harbinger Corporation. In 2000, they moved to Peregrine Systems as a Hosted Services Manager until 2002. From 2002 to 2010, they worked at Inovis in various positions including Senior Client Services Director, EMEA, and later as Managing Director of Inovis and Freeway. Following that, they joined GXS Limited as the Professional Services Director EMEA, responsible for managing a team and overseeing projects. Their most recent role, starting in 2012, is at ITRM Ltd as the Service Delivery Director.
