Mileva Berger

Mileva Berger is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the Europe HR Director at Itron, Inc. since June 2017, overseeing HR operations for the EMEA region, including managing a team of 14 HR business partners and coordinators across multiple countries. Previously, Mileva held the position of HR Director for France at Itron, where responsibilities included implementing corporate policies and facilitating organizational development for a workforce of approximately 1,000 employees. Prior to Itron, Mileva was the EMEA Human Resources Manager and France HR Country Manager at National Oilwell Varco, leading HR initiatives across the region. Earlier experience includes roles at Constellium and Ineum Consulting, focusing on HRIS and consulting services, complemented by an MBA in Human Resources Management from Georgia State University and a Licence de droit from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
