Rajani Rai is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner and India HR Head at Itron since August 2015, Rajani focuses on designing and executing people strategies that enhance leadership, talent, and culture within the region. Prior to Itron, Rajani held senior positions at International Tractors Limited as Sr Manager of Performance Management and OD, National Engineering Industries Ltd. as Assistant Manager of Talent Management, and Tata Group as Assistant Manager in Human Resources. Rajani holds an MBA in Human Resources from Amity University and a BCA from the School of Management Sciences, Varanasi.
