Ralph Young, PMP, is a seasoned technical program manager with extensive experience in project management and software design, particularly in the Smart Grid sector. Currently serving as a Sr. Technical Program Manager at Itron since May 2016, Ralph excels in managing all aspects of the software development lifecycle and implementing new features for metering systems.
