Russell "Rusty" McCloud is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Meter Data Management (MDM) and operations within the utilities sector. Currently serving as a Technical Consultant at Itron, Inc., since October 2021, McCloud specializes in installing and upgrading MV-90 xi systems. As the co-owner of McCloud Ventures LLC since January 2007, McCloud assists various utilities and cooperatives in understanding and implementing MDM systems. Previous roles include Vice President of Meter Data Management at Olameter Corporation, Principal Consultant at KEMA Labs, and Vice President of Operations at EnergyICT, Inc. and Hunt Oil Company.
