Previously, Vincent held positions at Charter Communications, DLA Piper US LLP, and the Federal Communications Commission, where involvement in telecommunications law and policy was paramount. Vincent holds a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Economics from Rutgers University.
