Kate Donohue

Kate Donohue has extensive experience in legal affairs, currently serving as Director of Legal Affairs at the Penn Center for Innovation and Associate General Counsel at the University of Pennsylvania since May 2006. Prior to this role, Kate held positions as Associate General Counsel at Drexel University and Assistant General Counsel at Sanchez Computer Associates. Kate's legal career began at Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf, LLP, and includes significant roles as Partner and Associate in the Commercial Department and Intellectual Property Group at Pepper Hamilton LLP. Education credentials include a JD from the University of Michigan Law School and an AB in International Relations with high honors from the University of Michigan Honors College.
