John Elver Pescasio

John Elver Pescasio is an experienced technical writer with a robust background in producing technical documentation and leading global knowledge management initiatives. Currently serving as Principal Technical Writer at ITRS since May 2017, John has previously held positions as Senior Technical Writer and Global Knowledge Management Lead at Arvato from June 2014 to May 2017, as well as Technical Writer at SPi Global from April 2012 to May 2014. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Lyceum of the Philippines University and a Master's degree in Information Technology from the Technological University of the Philippines.
