Carolyn Aronson

Carolyn Aronson began their career as a Cosmetologist in 1986 at various salons. In 1998 they became the Salon Owner of Allianza Salon. In 2005 they founded, became CEO and sole owner of Its a 10 Haircare. As CEO, they developed the idea that feeling good about your hair should be easy. Over the years, they have worked to make hair care less confusing.

Carolyn Aronson began their educational journey in 1985 at David Presley Beauty School, where they obtained a Cosmetology degree in the field of Cosmetology. Carolyn then attended Oakland Community College from 1986 to 1988, earning an Associate Degree in Applied Science. In 1988, they began attending University of Michigan-Dearborn, where they spent 1.5 years towards a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA.
