Susan Nicoletti is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in hospitality and event management. As the founder of Destination Service Consultants since May 1995, Susan specializes in developing integrated destination services for major hotel brands, enhancing value for meeting planners and guests. In addition to this role, Susan has served as Director of Research and Development at Ad Ease Creative and Production since May 2019, where responsibilities include supporting marketing projects and managing production logistics. At NHS Global Events since April 2004, Susan acts as a Senior Consultant, focusing on client care, strategic planning, and large-scale meeting management.
