Ron Scherer

Ron Scherer has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ron currently works as the Sales Development Director for Villita Avocados, where they are responsible for developing growth sales strategies for the brand's guacamole product. Prior to this, Ron worked as a Consultant for It's Fresh!, maintaining C-suite level relationships and supporting the company's sales and profitability in the United States. Ron also held positions at Campbell Soup Company, where they served as a Senior National Account Manager and Regional Sales Manager, and at Johnsonville as the National Sales Manager. Additionally, Ron worked as a Business Development Manager at Acosta Sales & Marketing and as a Category Development Manager at SUPERVALU. Throughout their career, Ron has demonstrated strong relationship-building skills, sales expertise, and the ability to analyze data and develop actionable solutions to drive business growth.

Ron Scherer obtained a Bachelor of Science degree (BS) in Finance from Saint Cloud State University in Minnesota from 1985 to 1990. In addition to their formal education, Ron has also obtained several certifications. Ron completed the "Branding Foundations" certification from LinkedIn in July 2020. In September 2017, Ron obtained certifications in "Communicating with Confidence," "Executive Leadership," "Influencing Others," and "Strategic Planning Foundations," all from LinkedIn. Furthermore, in November 2010, Ron completed the "Business Insights Black Belt Level 1 Certification" from Delta Associates, Inc.
