Elissa Friedman

Elissa Friedman has a diverse work experience across various industries. Elissa started their career as a Digital Media Intern at the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau in 2012. Elissa then worked as a Luxury Sales Associate at Burberry in 2012-2013.

In 2012, Elissa also took on the role of an Institutional Sales Representative at Bloomberg Institute, where they ranked as one of the top five ambassadors and successfully hosted multiple informational sessions and exams.

From 2013 to 2017, Elissa worked at SIXT, first as a Regional Corporate Sales Manager and then as a National Travel Sales Manager. In these roles, they played a crucial role in launching a new division of sales, negotiating partnership contracts, and developing strategic marketing campaigns.

In 2017-2018, Elissa joined Namastay as a Director of Business Development, focusing on hospitality and wellness experiences for guests.

In 2018, Elissa took on positions at two different companies. Elissa served as a Director of Customer Success at GDS Group, where they specialized in events organization and project intelligence. Elissa also held the roles of Global Sales Director and Regional Vice President of Sales at both ITS - Internet Travel Solutions and Travel Solutions International USA (TSI USA), respectively.

Lastly, Elissa is the Founder of The Shift, A Wellness Collective, starting in 2023, where they bring their expertise in wellness and organization to create a unique wellness experience for individuals.

Elissa Friedman attended Florida International University from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Public Relations. In 2021, they enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where they are currently pursuing a degree in Holistic Health. In January 2022, they obtained the certification of Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC) from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
