Keith McKenna

Keith McKenna has a strong background in various roles within the technology and operations field. Keith currently holds the position of Regional Vice President at ITS - Internet Travel Solutions, where they oversee the client experience for TripEvents. Prior to this, they worked at MCI USA for a significant period of time, starting as an Information Technology Coordinator and progressing to roles such as Manager, Director of Reservations, and ultimately Director of Information Technology. In these positions, Keith played a key role in developing customized client technology offerings, driving business growth, and streamlining operations. Before their time at MCI USA, Keith gained experience as a Financial Representative Intern at Northwestern Mutual, where they achieved impressive sales results.

Keith McKenna attended Texas State University from 1996 to 2000. Keith earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a concentration in Marketing. In 2022, they obtained two additional certifications from Cvent: the Cvent Event Management Certification and the Cvent Event Management Advanced Certification.
