Prior experience includes roles as Senior Director/Matchmaker and Senior Director/Inside Sales at It's Just Lunch Houston, where Christi successfully recruited high-profile clients and generated significant revenue. Christi also held a position as a Senior Bankcard Analyst at Redstone Payment Solutions, achieving impressive sales metrics. Early career roles included loan officer and youth minister, with a solid educational foundation comprising multiple master's degrees in religious education and a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communications from Texas A&M University.

It’s Just Lunch was founded in 1991 by a resourceful, professional woman. She had been in a long term relationship when her engagement was suddenly called off and she found herself single again. Determined to charge forward she initiated the tedious search to meet “normal”, well-educated professionals. Her friends sent her out on blind dates, shetried personal ads and considered video dating services; however, she wasn’t comfortable with any of these options.
