Currently serving as Founder & CEO of When We First..., Sandra is working on launching an innovative service scheduled for late fall to early winter 2024. Previously, Sandra held the position of Vice President of Sales at It's Just Lunch for over 13 years, where oversight was provided for 85+ employees and overall sales management. Additional roles include ownership and design work at Wild Oleander, General Manager at Pipino Salons, and management positions at Jenny Craig, Prive Salons, LA Weightloss, and Gene Juarez Salons & Spas, demonstrating a strong background in operations, team leadership, and client relations.

It’s Just Lunch was founded in 1991 by a resourceful, professional woman. She had been in a long term relationship when her engagement was suddenly called off and she found herself single again. Determined to charge forward she initiated the tedious search to meet “normal”, well-educated professionals. Her friends sent her out on blind dates, shetried personal ads and considered video dating services; however, she wasn’t comfortable with any of these options.
