Mike Crawford

COO at ITS Logistics

Mike had an interesting path before joining ITS Logistics. He grew up in Lake Tahoe, CA, and was a walk-on to the University of Nevada Wolf Pack football team. He ended his college career as team captain and MVP of the Las Vegas Bowl, before being drafted into the NFL. He played 3 years for the Miami Dolphins and Minnesota Vikings before deciding to walk away from football in 2002 on his own accord due to concerns about his long-term health.

Mike moved back to the Northern Nevada area and started successful businesses in real estate, mortgage banking, and finally logistics - which led him to ITS in 2012. He started in sales in Dedicated Fleet Services, before being offered the opportunity to take over the asset-lite transportation service line in January 2013.

The division was very small that first year but has been on an accelerated rate of growth ever since. Integrated National Capacity broke $240 million in revenue in 2019 and was ranked as a Top 50 Freight Brokerage firm in North America by Transport Topics magazine in 2019 - out of more than 20,000 registered brokers.

Integrated National Capacity operates in the United States, Mexico, and Canada offering services like truckload, less-than-truckload, intermodal and drayage, special projects, as well as complete transportation management and dedicated service offerings.

In his role as President, Mike is responsible for strategic planning, business operations, leadership initiatives, and the overall management and growth of the division.

Mike also sits on the board of directors at the Boys and Girls Club of Truckee Meadows, donates his time as a motivational speaker for local schools and sports teams, and teaches spin classes at his wife’s indoor cycling company, Full Pedal.
