Victoria Kiva has held various roles in different companies. In 2018, they worked as an event manager at Imaguru Business Club/Startup HUB from April to September. Later that year, they joined AIS Novations as an HR Manager, where their responsibilities included organizing corporate events and working with personnel. Viсtoria also handled tasks such as seminar planning, trainer recruitment, and gift procurement. In 2019, Victoria worked as an Office Manager at ITS Partner until December 2020. Viсtoria then continued their journey with ITS Partner as an HR Manager from August 2021. Finally, they took on the role of an HR Manager at the company in January 2022.
Victoria Kiva completed their education as follows:
- From 2010 to 2014, they attended BGUKI, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management of International Cultural Relations.
- From 2014 to 2016, they continued their studies at BGUKI and earned a Master's degree in Art Management.
Additionally, in August 2021, Victoria obtained a certification in Project Management 101 from the Project Management Club.
