Success should not cost your soul
Project Light is a leadership development movement built for individuals who are already carrying responsibility in their families, their businesses, and their communities but know there is more available when life is fully aligned.
We believe one thing above everything else: You are not broken. You are blocked.

WHAT WE DO
We create transformational experiences that help leaders do the inner work required to lead at the highest level without losing themselves in the process.
Through retreats, seminars, live events, and community, we guide leaders through the process of self-leadership, emotional intelligence, and whole-life alignment.
Because the most powerful thing you can do for everyone you lead is to lead yourself first.

--

WHO THIS IS FOR
The leader who has achieved results on the outside but feels something is misaligned on the inside.
The professional who is building wealth but losing connection to family, health, or purpose.
The person who has done the work but keeps ending up back in the same place.
The one who knows there is more and is finally ready to go get it.

--

WHAT PEOPLE SAY
"My biggest vulnerabilities became my greatest strengths. Two days after the retreat, I landed the biggest job of my career."
"I came in trying to prove myself to everyone. I left knowing who I actually was."
"Transformation is painful. But it is worth it."
