David Bowe is currently the Head of Planning at ITS Technology Group, leading all Fibre Planning and Design activities. From 2017 to 2023, they served as a Fibre Designer at the same company, where they implemented PIA capabilities for deploying full fibre networks and were responsible for planning documentation and major bids. Prior to their time at ITS, David was a Fibre Planner at LDB Networks Ltd., focusing on diversionary works and fibre trunk upgrades. They also gained valuable experience as an Access Planner at Virgin Media and within the British Army's Royal Core of Signals, where they operated as a telecommunications engineer supporting special forces and counter-terrorist units.
