Garry Lewis

Garry Lewis has extensive experience in operations and program management within the telecommunications and public service sectors. Currently serving as Head of Field Operations and Programme Manager at ITS Technology Group since April 2022, Garry is currently based in the Sultanate of Oman, advising the CEO and Board on operations, quality, and risk. Previous roles include Programme Manager at Sefton Council, Operations Specialist at Consulting, and Director of Quality, Risk & Compliance at Qatar National Broadband Network (Qnbn). As Head of Operations at M J Quinn and Operations Director at Skanska, Garry focused on facilities management and telecommunications. Garry also contributed significantly at BT, serving as Programme Director of Customer Service and General Manager of Field Operations, overseeing a team of approximately 3,500 field engineers. Garry holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies and Finance from Liverpool John Moores University.
