Joseph Sentner

Joseph’s passion for IT began while playing XBOX Live wondering, how they could all be playing the same game in the cloud. Joseph has been with ITS since 2011 and manages the Technical Operations department. With 16 years of experience and multiple certifications, Joseph works to ensure that the Technical Operations department is meeting the ITS order/ticket intervals and customers’ expectations while providing excellent service. As a technology mentor, Joseph not only trains ITS associates but also clients.
