Shannon has been immersed in the Telephony and Managed Services industry since 2010, holding various operations and service department roles. Her knowledge of telecommunications and technology plus long-term experience helps balance the Client Services Department to be technically supportive with empathy. Shannon obtained a Master’s degree in Music from California State University, Northridge, and uses her creativity and expertise to ensure clients receive exceptional service from the Client Services team while offering solutions to meet their needs.
