Christopher Lam

Christopher Lam is an accomplished professional in the field of artificial intelligence and product management, currently serving as the VP of Product, AI at Checkmate since May 2024, after the acquisition of VoiceBite AI, a company co-founded by Christopher. With a strong focus on enhancing digital solutions for restaurants, Christopher's previous roles include founding VoiceBite AI, where the goal was to develop leading voice AI products for the restaurant industry. Christopher has also held senior positions at conversationHEALTH, Meta, Presto, and Deloitte Canada, where responsibilities included reimagining AI applications, product strategy, team expansion, and leading significant initiatives within the conversational AI space across various industries. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Analytics from Schulich School of Business and a BSc in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University.
