Kathryn Zabriskie Tullos, RN has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Kathryn began their career as a Registered Nurse at Primary Children's Medical Center, where they worked in the Infant Unit and provided comprehensive care for pediatric patients. Kathryn then joined Memorial Hermann Healthcare System as a Pediatric Registered Nurse and Charge Nurse, where they served patients of all ages and gained experience in various units, including the newborn nursery and NICU. In 2015, Kathryn became an Executive Board Member at ITSAN- International Topical Steroid Awareness Network, where they specialized in writing body copy for website and print communications and represented the organization at professional conferences. In 2019, they took on the role of President/Chief Executive Officer at ITSAN, using their expertise as a Registered Nurse to raise awareness about the risks of topical steroid use and advocate for patient support.
Kathryn Zabriskie Tullos, RN completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Brigham Young University in 2002. Prior to that, they obtained their Associate of Science degree in Registered Nursing from Houston Community College in 1999. In addition, Kathryn also holds a certification as a Registered Nurse, which was obtained in March 1999 from the Texas Board of Nursing.
