Angel Alicea is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client management and network administration. Currently serving as a Client Executive at ITsavvy since January 2016, Angel plays a key role in a leading value-added reseller business, specializing in engineered solutions, managed services, and cloud solutions. Prior to this, Angel worked as a Sr. Corporate Accounts Manager at TigerDirect Inc from March 2003 to January 2016, overseeing over 100 corporate accounts that generated annual sales between $3 to $12 million. Angel's earlier career includes positions as a Network Administrator at Mapei and Cunard Cruise Line, where responsibilities included maintaining network stability, security, and supporting desktop deployment.
