Diana Fernandez

Diana Fernandez serves as a Senior Contract Data Analyst at ITSC Secure Solutions and Information Technology Solutions and Consulting LLC, contributing to the DHA, Systems Support Branch since October 2016. In addition, Diana has held the role of Procurement Analyst/Systems Administrator at the Center for Health Care Contracting since October 2010, providing support for procurement systems and information assurance. Previous experience includes serving as a Contract Specialist/System Administrator and Contract Specialist at the Defense Health Agency from January 2015 to September 2016. Diana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of the Incarnate Word, earning the degree from 2002 to 2005, and completed studies at Providence High School from 1974 to 1978.
