Karen Coronel

Karen Coronel is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, operational improvements, and community advocacy. Currently serving as the Special Projects Manager at itselectric since October 2024, Coronel previously held the title of 2024 Access Fellow at Access, a program aimed at supporting underrepresented minorities and women in pursuing MBA programs. As the Founder and CEO of Collabor8ive from 2018 to October 2024, Coronel addressed complex operational challenges for various clients. Notable past roles include Chief of Staff at Snowball Wealth, where strategic project completion and product development oversight were key responsibilities, and Co-Founder of Women of Color for Progress, achieving significant electoral success for women of color in NYC.
