Carolyn Joshua serves as the President & CEO of Trilyon, Inc., a prominent global provider of workforce solutions and staffing services, since January 2009. In addition, Carolyn is a Board Member and Co-Chair of the Women's Initiative for Strategic Empowerment (WISE) at the US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce (USPAACC), and a Global Advisor for How Women Lead, where support is offered to women leaders worldwide. Carolyn also holds the position of Board Chair for Diversity & Inclusion at ITServe Alliance, the largest association of IT services organizations. As the General Partner of Early Equity Capital Advisors, Carolyn focuses on private equity investments in technology companies and serves as a Limited Partner at How Women Invest, a venture capital firm dedicated to empowering female founders. Carolyn’s educational credentials include studying at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and John F. Kennedy University.
